Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and my vacations).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Orders over $100 are shipped free domestically.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Domestic)
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (Domestic)
- International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)

Order Tracking:
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to select countries. Please check availability during checkout.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- The DinDrones battery box v2 with batteries cannot be shipped outside the US.
- All batteries are shipped via ground shipping only.

Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at din@dindrones.com.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately if needed.

Returns Policy:
- We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
