Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and my vacations).
    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Orders over $100 are shipped free domestically.
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Domestic)
    • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (Domestic)
    • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)
  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.
  4. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently ship to select countries. Please check availability during checkout.
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
    • The DinDrones battery box v2 with batteries cannot be shipped outside the US.
    • All batteries are shipped via ground shipping only.
  5. Lost or Damaged Items:

    • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at din@dindrones.com.
    • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  6. Order Changes & Cancellations:

    • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately if needed.
  7. Returns Policy:

    • We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
    • To initiate a return, contact us at din@dindrones.com for instructions.
  8. Customs & Duties (International Orders):

    • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during shipment.
