Description 

HDZero AIO5 is the world’s first digital video AIO, enabling bind and fly 65mm whoops to weigh less than 19.4g. AIO5 integrates a F4 flight controller, HDZero 5.8GHz digital video transmitter, SPI 2.4GHz ExpressLRS 3.0 receiver, DSHOT protocol 4-in-1 ESC, and a 5V/1A BEC. 

The minimum voltage has been improved to be 2.3V, which ensures that video never stops transmitting before the motors stop working. Using a single thick PCB rather than a stack of 2 improves durability and simplicity – get ready for a new era of no-compromise tiny whooping in clear digital video!

The HDZero AIO5 is an excellent collaboration between Happymodel and HDZero. It is available at major FPV resellers worldwide, and also at Happymodel and HDZero official online shops.

Installation 

ELRS antenna

A line antenna (¼ wavelength) for the ELRS receiver is pre-soldered and positioned close to the board for low-profile and easy packaging. However, the ELRS antenna needs to be lifted to maintain at least 3 mm of clearance from the board.






VTX antenna

The HDZero VTX integrated into the AIO5 has a specific requirement to prevent video noise caused by the video RF signal being routed back to the onboard power amplifier.

The VTX antenna should be mounted outward, not inward, on the board.

Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, US holidays, and posted vacation dates). You receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates and delivery

  • US orders of $99 or more ship free (Standard).
  • Standard (US): 3–7 business days. Expedited (US): 1–3 business days.
  • International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier; rates are calculated at checkout.

Restrictions

  • We ship to selected countries only; availability is shown at checkout.
  • No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Batteries ship by ground only and cannot be shipped outside the US. The DinDrones battery box with batteries is US-only.

Lost or damaged shipments

Contact din@dindrones.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We open the carrier claim and resolve it with you.

Changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order has usually been packed; use the return policy instead.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged on import.

Refund policy

30-day returns

Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email din@dindrones.com with your order number to get return instructions before shipping anything back.

What is not returnable

  • Frames, parts, or electronics that have been built, flown, soldered, or crashed.
  • Batteries and other hazmat items, once shipped.
  • Custom or 3D-printed items made to order.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.

Defective or wrong items

If a part is defective on arrival or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it at our cost.
