The EMAX Hawk Apex is a 5" ultralight FPV racing drone built around HDZero digital video — zero-latency HD footage at a weight that keeps the Hawk Apex competitive on the track. At 167g without battery, it’s one of the lightest 5" racing builds available, powered by ECO II 2004 motors and Avia 5030 tri-blade props tuned for speed and efficiency. The STM32F722 AIO with 4-in-1 25A ESC keeps the electronics stack clean and light, while the HDZero Whoop VTX and Runcam Nano HDZero camera deliver the crisp, low-latency video feed that racing demands. Available in 2400KV (4S) or 1600KV (6S), PNP or ExpressLRS BNF — choose the setup that matches your battery and radio system. Note: HDZero VRX required for video reception.

Shipping policy

Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, US holidays, and posted vacation dates). You receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates and delivery

US orders of $99 or more ship free (Standard).
Standard (US): 3–7 business days. Expedited (US): 1–3 business days.
International: 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier; rates are calculated at checkout.

Restrictions

We ship to selected countries only; availability is shown at checkout.
No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Batteries ship by ground only and cannot be shipped outside the US. The DinDrones battery box with batteries is US-only.

Lost or damaged shipments

Contact din@dindrones.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We open the carrier claim and resolve it with you.

Changes and cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order has usually been packed; use the return policy instead.

Customs and duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties charged on import.

Refund policy

30-day returns

Unused items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email din@dindrones.com with your order number to get return instructions before shipping anything back.

What is not returnable

Frames, parts, or electronics that have been built, flown, soldered, or crashed.
Batteries and other hazmat items, once shipped.
Custom or 3D-printed items made to order.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
